Justice Catalyst Access Fund often partners with other nonprofits, lawyers, and foundations on special projects and subfunds that seek to expand the field of social impact litigation funding, or apply our tools to specific issue areas or geographies. Disability Rights Fund

The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) and JCAF are partnering to raise $5 million for a rapid-response fund that will provide recoverable grants to P&As pursuing civil rights cases likely to yield attorneys’ fees. This fund will help stabilize the disability rights infrastructure at a critical moment.
