Justice Catalyst Access Fund often partners with other nonprofits, lawyers, and foundations on special projects and subfunds that seek to expand the field of social impact litigation funding, or apply our tools to specific issue areas or geographies. 1890 Fund for Workers, Farmers, and Small Businesses

A special fund to support high-impact strategic litigation to protect workers, small businesses, and farmers from corporate consolidation, surveillance, and abuses of power.

Fund for Disability Rights

The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) and JCAF are partnering to raise $5 million for a rapid-response fund that will provide recoverable grants to P&As pursuing civil rights cases likely to yield attorneys’ fees. This fund will help stabilize the disability rights infrastructure at a critical moment.
