Colorado Impact Litigation Fund

The Colorado Impact Litigation Fund (CILF) is a special JCAF-managed fund dedicated to advancing social impact litigation across the state.

This fund was seeded with a grant and a Program Related Investment from The Colorado Health Foundation, and  is designed to expand access to justice by supporting litigation efforts led by nonprofits, mission-driven firms and solo practitioners in Colorado.

The fund is advised by a special Investment Committee that combines expert, funder, and community representation to guide and review proposed investments. This ensures that investments reflect both community priorities and sound financial stewardship.
