Systems architect, Justice Catalyst Access Fund
Scott Johnson is the Systems Architect of Justice Catalyst Access Fund (JCAF), where he builds and maintains the data infrastructure that powers JCAF's social impact litigation finance program. He has spent more than 20 years building systems inside whatever role he held, whether in project management, urban planning, or housing policy. Most recently he served as a domain expert and systems architect for an award-winning nonprofit focused on housing equity and opportunity, where he developed the tools and workflows that let a small team manage complex projects at scale.
