Executive Director of Justice Catalyst Access Fund & Justice Catalyst Partnerships

Jacob Lipton is the Executive Director of Justice Catalyst Access Fund (JCAF) and Justice Catalyst Partnerships (JCP). At JCAF, Jacob leads a pioneering social impact litigation fund that uses recoverable grants and promissory notes to help nonprofit and law firm litigators scale impactful cases—recycling recovered funds to expand access to justice and grow the field of public interest law.

Before joining Justice Catalyst, Jacob was co-founder and Program Director of the Systemic Justice Project at Harvard Law School. Jacob is the board co-chair of People’s Parity Project. He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
