Victoria Paul

Victoria Paul is a 2025-2026 Justice Catalyst Fellow with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she will engage in litigation and policy advocacy to eliminate the use of clinical algorithms that discriminate against patients based on race or ethnicity. Her project will raise awareness of clinical algorithms as one of a myriad of ways in which racial discrimination occurs in health care and contributes to health disparities.

Victoria earned her B.S. from Florida State University and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. Raised in North Miami, Florida, her experience as a first-generation student and child of Haitian immigrants drives her commitment to empowering marginalized communities through systemic change.
